Why do I have to print and frame my own design(s)?
We decided to only sell the digital design as a downloadable file for a couple of (good) reasons : ) Firstly, saving you money on courier costs of a physical print ( +- R100). Allowing you to easily send the design to a printer near you and choosing your own paper type and finish. Saving you more money by not only offering expensive frames, you have the choice of choosing and purchasing your own frame from a store of your choice.
What size can I print my designs?
Each design on our website is designed and saved as an A2, high-quality PDF Print ready design file. You can therefore choose to print your design in either A4, A3 or a maximum print size of A2 (420mm x 594mm). Simply request the correct size when sending the PDF Design file to your printing company.
How long will it take before I receive the design after purchase?
About 2 seconds, depending on your internet connection : ) Once you have placed your order and made payment online, you will receive the download link instantly in your email inbox.
How many times can I download the file?
To prevent people from sending the design file’s link to all their friends (naughty) we have set the limit to 2 downloads per purchase.
Why do the colours of my printed design look slightly different than the one on my computer?
Unfortunately some screens display colours differently. The actual print’s colours might also differ slightly from the the online version.
I am not crazy about my design that I bought. Can I get a refund?
Luckily this has not happened yet! But… due to the nature of our business we unfortunately don’t offer refunds.
